• "Dear Wings Travel I booked your company to take a group of 21 carers from our organisation to Windsor Castle. The driver on the morning was at the meeting point before we arrived, saw every one on the coach safely and patiently waited for those that were late arriving, he quickly assessed that some of the people were elderly and frail and advised me that they may have difficulty with the walk from the coach park to the Castle as it was longer and steeper than I anticipated, and kindly suggested that he would try to park closer to the castle. The driver did manage to park very close to the castle, we so appreciative for this, he then gave me the telephone number of the driver that was due to pick us up and told me that he would explain the situation to him. True to his word the driver on our return telephoned me closer to the time of departure and told me that he would be waiting at the drop off point. Both drivers on the day were so kind, courteous and supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend your coach company and I hope that we will be using you again in the near future. Again thank you very much on behalf of all the carers that attended the outing and for helping to make our day out both enjoyable and stress free! "
